You are not obliged to accept any quotation provided by National Grid. Requests made for new services and/ or service alterations may be subject to a quotation charge. Please ensure you have read and understood our terms and conditions.

Whilst making your online request for a formal quotation you will be required to either create an account or log into an existing account if you already have one. Further information

Customers using our online application can:

  • Request quotations
  • Accept and pay for a quotation
  • Track an orders progress 
  • View account details
  • Change account password
