The pricing discussion papers PD18, 19 and 20 set out the charging considerations as part of the exit reform proposals.

Please note that these are not final proposals but are discussion documents upon which we are seeking views from the industry prior to issuing formal pricing consultations (planned for May 2005). A pricing focussed exit reform forum will be taking place on Friday 8th April at Buckingham Gate, London.

The period for consultation is 4 weeks, with the closing date for responses being close of business on Thursday 21st April 2005.
