From 31st December, 2010, the NTS transportation and connection charging methodologies have formed part of the UNC as UNC TPD Section Y, and changes to the methodologies must be carried out using the UNC governance and change management processes. The NTS Charging Methodology Forum (“NTS CMF”) is a UNC Workgroup, chaired by a representative of the Code Administrator, which is convened for the general purposes of consideration and discussion of matters relating to a NTS Charging Methodology in accordance with its Terms of Reference.  The aim of the forum is to provide the means for Users to raise issues felt worthy of review, and provide the opportunity for Users to provide comment on proposed modifications to the charging methodologies as well as develop their own modifications.
