If I want to change my agreement with National Grid at any time, how should I go about doing this?
A change to an agreement will need a modification application submitted to National Grid from the customer, please click the link below for the relevant application template:

As a first point of contact it would be beneficial to contact your Connection Agreement Manager. They will be happy to assist you and will be able to give you information regarding how we can accommodate the change to the agreement. If necessary the Connection Agreement Manager will also set up a meeting to talk through the proposed change.
