GB Realtime data

The frequency data on the right hand side of the screen now updates every 2 minutes.  The data could be delayed by up to 3 minutes.

The demand data on the right hand side of the screen now updates every 5 minutes.  The data could be delayed by up to 3 minutes.

Interconnector transfers: This data updates every half hour. The data could be delayed by up to 10 minutes after the half hour.

Internal system boundaries:  This data updates every 15 seconds.  The data should automatically refresh itself every 15 seconds.
