Charging Issues Standing Group - CISG

The CISG has been established to enable Industry input to charging developments. The group is expected to formally report to the TCMF, which will define the CISG’s scope and focus on key issues debated at the TCMF.

National Grid established a DCLF Expert User Group (EUG) in April 2004 for the purposes of providing a useful learning forum for the DCLF model initially introduced for the England and Wales charging methodology.

With Users becoming increasingly skilled with the application of the DCLF model, National Grid proposed evolving the DCLF EUG to a Charging Issues Standing Group in December 2004.

Details of the 2004 DCLF EUG meetings are available in the archive.
