"I have been an Imagineering tutor at Alderman’s Green Primary School for the last four years now and have enjoyed this so much that I have now become a Community School Governor at the school. Being an Imagineering Tutor is a task filled with fulfilment, excitement and development of new skills.

"The best part of being an Imagineering Tutor is the look of achievement and happiness on the children’s faces when they have finished making a model and it actually does what the presentation at the beginning of the session has stated it would do.

"The learning they get from the sessions is so good that the school has commented on how much it has helped the children who attend with their science work and the results from their SATS tests has risen to a higher level too.

"I would recommend anyone who likes children taking up this activity as you gain so much from your time and once you’ve produced the presentations around the learning styles of the particular school, you only have to do this once as the kits remain the same year on year and if they change, lets face it, what's an hour a year if a kit changes? So give it a go and see what enjoyment you get from it."
