Once we find someone with talent, we do everything to keep them.  So if you join us for a Year in Industry or Industrial Placement, you could then become a Sponsored Student.  This can be a real help in your university studies and career.  Sponsorship includes bursary payments, a book and software allowance and an eight-week paid placement, which takes place during the summer.  Everything is monitored by you and by your line managers, against a set of competencies and objectives.  This makes the experience even more worthwhile.

Each of our Sponsored Students is invited to apply for our Graduate Development Programme in the final year of their studies.
