ONE – our multicultural network, aspires to support, enable, lead and embed inclusion and diversity within National Grid. As part of this the company has been running cultural celebrations and Faith@Work sessions for employees to find out more about various different faiths whilst they are at work 
 

• Action: National Grid’s Ethnic Diversity network ‘One’ was short listed for the Race for Opportunity’s (RfO) ‘Progress Award’. The award was for organisations that have made significant progress in their journey towards race equality. National Grid had presented a case study based on its formation of its ethnic diversity network ‘One’, detailing its establishment and achievements over the past year and was invited to present to a panel of RfO judges earlier this year.
