Through our Graduate Development Programme, you can join us in Engineering or Commercial – and within these, there are many choices.  You can be an engineering specialist or pursue a more generalist role.  Within commercial, there are a range of different roles, from trading and charging to strategy and regulation. 

Every programme is grounded on relevant, substantial placements; and from the day you join, you are involved in real work with experienced people.  There is widespread support, from your placement line manager, HR, mentor and buddy.  While the placement line manager is there to make sure you get the most out of your placement, your mentor will work with you on your development and your buddy (a graduate) will give you general support and advice.
