Our remuneration and benefits package is regularly evaluated to make sure it’s competitive in the market and attracting talented people into our business.  This includes:

• A salary of £22,500 for those with a Bachelor's degree and £23,500 for those with a Master's degree or Doctorate. 
• £2,000 welcome bonus

• Where there’s a higher cost of living, we provide a supplement (Inner London, Metropolitan and Outer Metropolitan areas)
