Our need for future talent on commercial operations is equally large and diverse. Right now for example, we’re looking to develop people in the following areas (among others): trading, charging, strategy, business development, property and contracts.

The programme is designed to prepare you for a management role in one of these areas. To do this, the 18-month programme comprises three placements across the business, each one helping you to build up strong personal and professional skills.

To join the Commercial scheme you need a 2.1 degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Aeronautical), Physics, Business Studies, Management, Economics, Maths, Statistics, Logistics, Information Technology and Geography.

To join the Property scheme you need a 2.1 degree in Real Estate / Land Management, Business Property and Facility  Management, Planning / Property and Development Surveying, Urban Planning and Development, Urban Land Economics, Quantity Surveying.
