Very few businesses operate on such a scale, and our Graduate Programme offers ambitious individuals the chance to gain a broad overview of this vital industry and drive their career - from both an engineering and commercial perspective. As well as challenging work, major projects and secure long-term prospects, the rewards are attractive too.

Every year, we offer places to around 30 graduates on an 18-month bespoke development programme. This programme covers two areas:

• Engineering: Preparing you for a long-term career in one of our engineering disciplines, you’ll gain broad skills and have the chance to specialise in a particular area, such as construction, mechanical or power systems engineering. Find out more here.

Whichever programme you join, you can expect 3 placements, close mentorship and tailored and core skills training, as well as plenty of ‘on project’ experience designed to build your skills and knowledge.
