The in-house training provided at our specialised technical training centre is the main benefit to this scheme, with full-board and all costs being covered by National Grid.
There’s a competitive salary from day one – you’ll be starting on £19,300 (plus London Weighting, if applicable).

While you are on the FEP scheme your rewards package will also include a company car, a laptop and a mobile phone. (Please note: not all eventual roles include a company car, but we will make sure you are mobile while you need to be.)
Once you come off scheme you could get a shift allowance depending on which area of the business you are appointed to. You could also be entitled to a relocation package depending on your individual circumstances.
