Unless otherwise stated, performance data in this section excludes that relating to KeySpan operations and employees - the first full year of CR-related performance for this part of our US operations (acquired in August 2007) will be reported for year ended 31 March 2009.
We have taken the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and other best practice guidelines into account while developing our corporate-level performance indicators. To help those who are interested in the GRI process and to assist comparison with other company reports, we have provided a GRI Index.
