We have set targets to improve our community profile around our key themes of education and skills, energy and environment, and community investment. Our key aims are to improve employee engagement in Company community activities; to maintain and improve our supply of talent by promoting science, technology, engineering, and maths subject take up and achievement in schools;to use volunteering to develop employee skills; and to strengthen our corporate reputation.
