The company’s revised Standards of Ethical Business Conduct – 'Doing the Right Thing' – have been launched.
Revised every three years, the standards reinforce the importance of embedding ethical values into our daily decision making as National Grid employees.
Chief Executive Steve Holliday said: “At National Grid nothing – whether it’s hitting targets, saving time or money, or even a direct instruction from your manager – is more important than doing the right thing. We take pride in operating safely, reliably, efficiently and in a professional and ethical manner.”
