Our Policies

In line with good standards of corporate governance, the Board of National Grid has put in place policies, public position statements and internal procedures to ensure the most important issues are managed appropriately. These policies and position statements also provide further details on how elements of our Framework for Responsible Business  are being put into practice.

Our progress in implementing these policies is assessed through the Company's audit programme, as well as the compliance framework established by the General Counsel.
