Business in the Community (BITC)

Business in the Community | Corporate Responsibility index 2007

In May 2008, National Grid was once again rated a 'Platinum Company' in the Business in the Community (BITC) Corporate Responsibility Index.

National Grid is one of only two companies to achieve this top-tier ranking for all six of the years the Index has been running.

A Platinum company is one that scores greater or equal to 95%.
