National Grid’s approach to inclusion and diversity has been recognised at Opportunity Now’s 15th annual awards. The awards attracted more than 500 business and public sector leaders.

As winners of ‘The Inclusive Culture Award’, National Grid was recognised for work that is driving change at an organisational and cultural level.  National Grid was also shortlisted for the ‘Agile Organisation Award’, which recognises programmes / initiatives that demonstrate an agile / flexible approach to job design and work environment.
