Transco plc
 
Following a gas explosion in December 1999 in Scotland which caused the tragic deaths of four persons, Transco plc ("Transco") was yesterday fined £15 million by the High Court in Edinburgh.
 
Whilst deeply regretting what happened, Transco is disappointed with the verdict and is considering the judgment in detail.
