AGA Conference - presentation given by Mark Fairbairn and Bob Catell

Bob and Mark gave a joint presentation at the yearly American Gas Association (AGA) Conference.  They talked about National Grid’s strategy, its growth opportunities and the acquisition of KeySpan.

Their presentation also looked at examples of sharing best practice between the two companies, including the ‘keyhole technology’ for repairing gas leaks, which was trialled in the UK earlier this year.

The three-day AGA Financial Forum in Orlando this week attracted about 600 people - analysts, portfolio managers, investors, and commercial and investment bankers, as well as energy utility industry top executives.

AGA, of which National Grid is a member, represents 200 energy utilities that deliver natural gas to more than 62 million customers throughout the US.
