The 2008/09 final dividend in the amount of US$1.7437 per ADS was paid on 19 August 2009 to ADS holders on the register on 5 June 2009.
Following shareholder approval at the AGM, an optional scrip dividend, allowing shareholders to receive new fully paid shares in the Company, was available to shareholders on the Register on the record date for the 2008/09 final dividend and for future dividends.
The ADR reference share price (being the reference share price for ordinary shares translated for ADRs at the average US$ rate for 3 - 9 June inclusive) was US$45.5920.
