Stephen Pettit was appointed to the Board following the merger of National Grid Group plc and Lattice Group plc, having been appointed to the Lattice Group plc board in 2001. He is a Non-executive Director of Halma plc and is Chairman of ROK plc.

Stephen is also a member of BT plc’s Equality of Access Board. He is a former Executive Director of Cable & Wireless plc. Before joining Cable & Wireless, he was Chief Executive, Petrochemicals at British Petroleum.
